Mr Aatir Rizvi obtained his first legal degree from University of the Punjab. In LLB, he holds a unique record of getting first-class-first. He holds highest aggregate marks ever in LLB and gold medals in Islamic Jurisprudence and Muslim Personal Law. He further obtained a Masters in Political Science and again topped University of the Punjab and also holds Masters in History as well as, M Phil in International Relations with top in University of the Punjab. He is an old Ravian. In recognition of his excellent academic achievements and abilities, he was awarded the prestigious Cambridge Commonwealth Trust Scholarship to pursue his LLM from University of Cambridge, UK, where he received Gooderson Award for outstanding performance. He is also alumni of Lady Noon Trust; US Department of State; a former Chevening Scholar and a Fellow of Cambridge Commonwealth Society.
Currently, he heads the Superior College of Law, Lahore. In addition, he is Executive Director of the Institute of Public Administration and Policy Studies and Fellow of Azra Naheed Center for Research and Development, Superior University Lahore. He is also the founding editor-in-chief of Superior Law Review and has written a number of books and research articles on various aspects of law.
